SERION antigens
Yersinia enterocolitica
Yersinia enterocolitica is a Gram-negative bacterium, belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae family. Y. enterocolitica causes the disease yersiniosis, which is an animal-borne disease occurring in humans.
For the production of three different native antigens, Yersinia enterocolitica (serovars O:3, O:8 and O:9) are cultivated in broth culture and stimulated to secrete YOPs (Yersinia outer proteins).
The antigens BA138VS, BA13808VS and BA13809VS are suitable for the detection of IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies against Yersinia.
Please let us know if you are interested in 0.25 mg test samples.
